Storytelling is ages old...what person doesn't enjoy a good story filled with memorable characters, enhanced with sensory images and told with an engaging voice.  A solid story holds just as well on the lips as it does on the paper and sometimes more so.  Stories fill out life.

I especially love legends....how something came to be or how things work in relationship to its environment...how we can learn from nature.  Do you know any good legends, especially about water?  I'd love to hear it.

Hi Noreen, Dreams, Stories, Legends.....love your work. On Dreams; The dreams that I remember are powerful messages pertaining to my life and all that surrounds it. At times very specific my relationships familial and other and at times about my path in the healing realms. Metaphors/symbolism, vivid colors, emotions... Often as well, my dreams have been a medicine to me, as I have learned to recognize through my life that these dreams have brought me understanding a peace. They have nurtured me and often kept me going. So when you mention Ancestors coming in our dreams. Yes indeed Noreen, indeed it is so. ;-)
